1) The current generation is unable to bare children, so on a rough number about 20-25 years ago, but even then the number of births for that year would be in the single figures.  I think some of the growing concerns would be how to assist in a mother's birth as the process would be so unnatural to humanity today and people wouldn't know what to do, so it in itself would be a very risky process.

2) Thought of had it in their but must have accidentally wrote it out. There isn't any AI. Robots, or more should I say Androids, are operated by human minds within the body. So when it comes to the three laws, it doesn't matter since they are in fact humans. I wanted to avoid AI purely cause it might be too much of a mix with everything that is going on and telling the difference between an AI and a Tech Lunos user may be too difficult. 

3) Haha. Not the best on governmental stuff, but the leaders have probably been in charge for a bit too long, so it might be part of a dictatorship.

4) Probably misguided with good intentions. If you've seen Demolition Man you will know the group that lives underground, living against the rules of the perfect Utopia. Their views aren't 'wrong', they just don't conform with the laws and rules of The Landing.
