I would prefer there be some variety in the cast of characters, as having a cast of all catgirls/boys would be a bit boring. Canines, Lizards, Horses, Rabbits, etcetc I don't even mind people being a bit bizzarre and going with something like jellyfish as long as they can pull it off.

I'm not familiar with "White Wolf "Werewolf" games" but I can say straight out that a shapechanger would definitely not be acceptable. They simply aren't in the scope of characters I'm looking for.

There always has to be at least one snarky guy/girl in every cast, you may be that one~ xD
