All the players, as far as I know, are more story based and would likely love to pit Heroes against Heroes. Also keep in mind the Lost Haven Police Department has been mentioned to have some tactics toward dealing with Meta humans and so does Gene Co, though neither are global. This might even start a meta human registration act in order to maintain order and control? That might be an interesting global event.

I was saying what I thought would be the most likely scenario.  I have no intent on pursuing the storyline (at least at this time).
