Appearance: Grognak isn't very distinct when it comes to Super-Muntants. The only thing about him visually that's distinctive about him is his costume which is made up of a brown loincloth and his archaic metal leg bracers. He is a little larger than your younger Super-Mutants thanks to his age but he's no Behemoth.

-It is said that he named himself after Grognak the Barbarian due to the awesome strength that the comic book character held and as such Grognak decided to try and live akin the the character in the comic in order to gain that kind of strength.
-Stories tell of him decimating raider gangs from California all the way to the Commonwealth where he supposedly stayed for a long period before heading off towards D.C. 
-He makes one mean Mirelurk cake.
-He tries to help the weak though it is unknown wether he does this out of generosity or because he thinks it will somehow make him stronger. (In the comics Grognak would help those that couldn't help themselves)[/hider]
