The Government has found that allowing the Superheroes to live in a base of their own will allow them to work for and protect the citizens of the world in a much safer and informed way. This league is made up of a group of superheroes that fights villains, aliens, demigods, and whatever witches, demons or misc. baddy that appears causing harm in the world. This is an experiment for the Agency, if it works out there will be more bases stationed around the world. The first base is near San Francisco, California. I'm not allowing magic because it is too vague and gives the user an unfair advantage over the others which is also why there is no mind control, Kinetic energy or absorption or power copying allowed either. Don't be a jerk. Criticism is fine; swearing and other forms of offensiveness is not. 1a. People aren't going to like each other, that is natural. Bullying is not natural, and certainly not allowed. You have up to 2 responses each to each other when an argument is starting before you have to take the argument to PM. Should it escalate, be the better person and step away. If the other person doesn't seem to realize it's an argument, don't act like it's not one, tell them in PM that you feel it is. Otherwise, ask a GM to step in and sort things out. 2. If you don't agree with someone or something, go ahead and tell them. Keep it civil and polite, then they won't be upset (If they read rules 1. and 1a.). They might even appreciate the criticism. If you can't agree on a topic, then get a GM involved to sort things out. GM's have the last word. If you can't agree with the decision then take it to PM, taking up pages with arguments will NOT be tolerated. 3. Keep the characters at some level of logic. 3a. You will have to train to get better at something be it; Swordplay, Powers, Fighting in general. You don't just go to sleep one day, then wake up the next with unimaginable powers. Use logic here. 4. Keep in mind that once you join, every character is property of you and the rp. Meaning if you get Kicked, Banned, Leave, or just up and disappear then your character belongs to the GM(s). Not that we particularly want your character... but we need to keep things moving and avoid the RP dying because you disappear. You're more than welcome to pick them back up if you come back (and they're not dead. Also only if you're allowed back.) 5. Multiple characters/NPC creation is allowed, but only if the GM(s) think you can handle Multiple characters/NPCs. (See rule 3 for an idea of what we will be looking at). 6. The focus of this RP will be on the story, character development, and fun. Meaning that we are not focused on Killing, Raping, or else murdering other people. Therefore, permission must be obtained from the person controlling a character to kill their character. The other way around is to ask the Head GM to agree to the action to kill said character. 7 Keep it PG-17 here. Meaning not too much gore and keep those adult themes to a minimum. Your private stuff... fade to black here. If you want to continue, then take it to PM. 8 Respect your GM's, we are trying to keep everything fun for all of you. Even if you don't like us, please be respectful. Disrespectful people towards the GMs (i.e. being openly rude, ignoring their ruling, etc.) will be shown no mercy. Same can be said if you are found to be rude towards your fellow RP'ers. 9. Please don't go off and do something rash without first asking a GM. Such as running away and becoming evil, otherwise you might cause that character's death very quickly. Something that we would all wish to avoid, no? If you want to do something major/make an enemy, go message the head GM. He can and will be happy to help him, just know that it may be a while before you get to start being a big baddie. 10. NO GOD MODDING!- If you need to move someone ask first otherwise you can not take over the functions of another's charachter in any way. [/hider] The HQ compound is made up of a 20 ft wall that guards a 6 story HQ building, a 2 story medical building and a full service garage with parking above. The HQ is made up of levels 1&2 are residential and leisure. (Pools, hot tubs included) Level 3 is conference rooms and the 'store' for equipment. Level 4 is gym, training rooms including holographic training. Levels 5 &6 are Research and Development. UPDATE-Due to repeated attacks on the R&D they have been moved to level 3 and 4. So levels 3 and 5 are swapped and 4 and 6 are also swapped.
