As long as you understand the relative power of an Archangel compared to any Other, then I don't see a problem with allowing anyone else to make one.

Essentially, Michael is on-par with Yuki if she's a 7 Tailed Kitsune. I think Archangels are as far as we're willing to go in power, so a lot of the Others like Fae and Kitsune, I think, have something as rare and powerful - but again, nothing overboard. We're talking about 'holy high fantasy roller batman' instead of '[sub]holy[/sub] leveled entire planets with their smitey hands... batman' (i actually don't have a good analogy of what power we're looking for? but uh... yeah... i think it's just a matter of everyone being on par with each other or in relative zones)

Just know that if you do create an Archangel, you're probably gonna wanna talk to all of us before hand. Might need extensive tweaking to get the character to where we GMs are comfortable with, without sacrificing too much of the creativity and uniqueness and just the 'You' that you put into them.

Hold off on making one, though, to keep McHaggis' word on the matter because I know she told me that Archangels are, indeedidly open to the public.

(word of note: [i]none[/i] of the angels are related to each other, not even the Archangels - so don't refer to Michael as Raphael's brother or something of that matter, just so you all know

But, yeah, I kinda hinted at their overall purpose when making Michael. He refers to the Archangels as "The Clean Up Crew" or, "The Cosmic Janitors" (which he thinks would make a wonderful New Wave 80s band) instead of Angelic leaders, but you can still make a hoity-toity 'I'm the Best Around' Archangel live up to the egotistical dick with wings stereotype. ;D Make of all that what you will, though. I'm not revealing anything but what I've got in Michael's CS. ;o
