[color=39b54a]I have a thought on Phil, Steffan's other NPC. I was going to make him covered to itches and bite marks, or at least nigh on constantly with some small cut or other on him. Maybe even to the point of falling into the wrong crowds a few times by those who (for whatever reasons) hate the homless. As a small tie in, did Adam Hanley need a walking blood bank?
