Depending on user preference I would likely begin with most members being part of the crew of the Lassy or her escort (there could also be an entourage for Spindley characters, if the interest arises.) This crew would be headed to Iapetus , spending a few IC weaks in space before hitting planet side in transport shuttles to barter their goods. Or, at least that is the plan -obviously such is never so simple.
