[@Cruallassar] Time manipulation as in manipulating his own time, not the time of the local place, he can undo damage done upon him, but not during being damaged. He can also accelerate his own time to make charging up quicker. (this is a case of if he has a charge of 1/5, the next post, he'd be charging 2/4 or such)

EDIT: He can also alter his perception of time so that he can predict causality based attacks (attacks that happen in one timeline but not in another, but then the miss gets retconned by the hit)
