[@SleepingSilence] Your first question, eh... idk. I'd say maybe, it depends on the situation. Your second question, no, the bridge is about halfway between Vertigo and Ultima, so it won't get noticed till someone tries going to Ultima from Vertigo on foot/car/etc... or vice versa.
