When no matter what explanation you give for something, people posing the same question a different way. It is one thing to elaborate on something you posed if you believe the response was not totally comprehensive, but it is another entirely when you just change gears and insert something different in the same format and vein. "It did not gain approval? What about [i]this[/i]? It is like [i]that[/i] in every way, but not because of [i]these[/i] reasons."
