Definitely sounds good to me! It had a different name back then, but it'd definitely be into doing unethical genetic research.

[@Sigma] I'm thinking of rolling with 153 million citizens. I took most of the coast along Africa's population, combined it with 10% of India's population, Sri Lanka, and a portion of Polynesia's population. Then I multiplied this by .3, reducing the number to 30% of the original amount, and then added 8 million or so to the number, resulting in 153 million. Does that seem fair?
