[@Isotope]Yeah. I do think there would be a sort of rule for all Oceon mariners to stay out of the Bering Sea at all costs. I also think it would be a mighty big sore spot for a lot of Oceons, and there might be past incidents that just exacerbate the issue. 

Perhaps the first ship sent out to the Cascadians came back shot up and with her crew shot to hell as well? That would set a nasty tone for things.
