[@mattmanganon]Erm, depends on what you mean. What I meant was ability-less. So Cyber Enhanced Human? Sure. Extra terrestrial? Mmmmmm. Magic and the Occult? HHHHHMMMMM. I didn't word it very well, my apologies.

Honestly I'm not sure, haven't actually thought about that before now but I'll give it more thought as I throw up an OOC. There you can show me what you have in mind and we'll play it by ear. 

I guess my problem is if you aren't a Mutant or Human your character is sort of removed for being directly effected by the events that may or may not take place in the story. Some character traits, say being a God/Alien/Time traveller/Magic User, would warrant a story arc in of itself, which is not what I set out to do. 

If it helps, and I should have clarified before, the world is much like our own, with the introduction of humans with a random mutated gene that gives them superpowers.
