Appearance: Rebecca stands at only 5'6" allowing her to stay under most people's radars when she doesn't want to be noticed. She is also seen normally in jeans and a hoodie over her clothes helping her blend into crowds. 

Personality: Rebecca is the kind of person that you would over look as she tries to make herself appear as small as possible to stay out of the way. She likes to be silent and does not speak her mind as much as she should and just tends to go along with the flow. On the current events that are taking place, Becca does not feel like she has a choice with out things will turn out no matter if she speaks out for her kind or not and would rather not cause trouble for herself by standing out.

Back story: Becca was born on the Western coast of the United States in San Diego. She had a fairly happy life growing up as she had plenty of friends with some being human and some being mutants. She grew up happen with her small group of friends as they did everything together, but slowly as they grew up her human friends started to grow colder to the mutant friends. It was soon found out that their parents had been feeding them lies about the mutants out of mistrust even though they were getting the same rights. This was rubbing off onto the children leading them to mistrust their own friends. This lead to a miserable middle school and high school experience for her as she was isolated from the others for being different and have mutant powers. 

Once Becca graduated form high school, she knew she wanted to get as far away from San Diego as possible. This meant an application to a 

Ability: Rebecca's entire body has characteristics of water. She has the ability to change her physical form to water at will to avoid physical contact with an object. Her body can revert entirely to water if needed and she can disappear into any body of water weather it is fresh water or salt water with only minor irritability caused from the process. Becca naturally has a weakness toward electricity and will lose her stability on her physical form if she is near a large electrical source and she is also not able to extend her water past her normal form meaning she cant fire projectiles at anyone of anything similar. As for the clothes that she wears at the time, it seems that her clothes are not able to change into water with her body.
