I am ever a failure, but the Neji's view v. Naruto's strikes me as the argument of [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mindset#Fixed_mindset_and_growth_mindset]'fixed and growth mindsets'[/url], and people pretty regularly prove themselves capable of growth.
