You need to create a character bio to get accepted. You might want to delete your post or something and wait for Keldeo's approval. Check the Character tab for examples, and on the first page of the OOC has all the sheets. 

Edit: Oh I didn't see you posted the sheet on the Characters tab. Gotta post the sheet here before moving it to the Character's tab once it's been approved.
