[@SilverRain] Trying not to prevent duplicates is difficult, as I wish not to waste the mods' time going through them a second time, but there are instances where it cannot be helped. Unfortunately, there's no actual "tool" perse for keeping track. Just gotta keep reporting, all we can do right now.
