Eleanor was taken by surprise when she was injected with morphine. In the few seconds before she fell unconscious Eleanor slapped Alexander across the face. She lied there unconscious in her pile of blood. She would of stabbed Alexander for stripping her down, even if it was for medical reasons. Eleanor had no internal bleeding, but she had a fracture in her 2nd rib down on the left and 4th down right
