However, those who have been directly influenced by The Voice of the People know him instead as a hero -the one who liberated the masses from corrupt leaders, and paved the road for revolution.
Appearance
The species of Corvidae is known to have a generally humanoid figure, with few differences from humans. The Corvidae stand at an average of 6'3" in males, 6'5" in females. Their proportions are very similar to humans, though lend more length to arms and legs, and less to their torso. They also have exaggeratedly large forearms, and large hands. The Corvidae are capable of expressing any hue of green, blue, or violet in their skin. This coloration is, for the most part, dull, though a rare Corvidae may display bright colored skin due to an anomaly in pigmentation. The Corvidae's face sports a pair of eyes offset further to the side of the face, and a wide mouth stretching from just beneath each eye. Because the Corvidae is unable to manipulate their mouth to smile or frown naturally, they only show expression through their eyes. All Corvidae have the same eyes -pure brownish-red, with large black pupils in the center. Rigger in particular has a dull blue-gray skin tone, and is 6'4". His forearms are much less exaggerated than most of his race, though. His eyes are framed with deep dark circles, as well as his hands, which appear to have been permanently soaked in a black ink of some sort. Riggs also sports many incandescent tattoos of strangely scrawled writing that appears to shift and change over time in a bright yellow-orange color.
Height
6'4"
Weight
110 lbs.
Personality
Rigger is a dreamer -a believer in all that is right and just in the world. That being said, he has a very adamant sense of that which is right and just, and he is not easily swayed. While he has no forgiveness in his heart for corruption and people in places of power who lie, he himself walks a grey line in his belief of the average person lying. Riggs believes that the ends justify the means, and is not above vigilante style justice -lying, blackmail, and torture to seek out those who deserve death, then a swift deliverance of death. Rigger is a high believer in karma, and the spirit of the law rather than the letter. He believes that any action of malintention will be repaid in kind, one way or another, and that good actions will bring their warranted rewards. He holds himself in high regard, refusing to believe that he is ever on the unjust side. He is also very arrogant, overconfident in his ability. This leads to friction with similar people, but has also helped him subjugate many people to his cause.
Likes

Justice
Success
Himself
Confidence

Dislikes

Corruption
Weak Willed People
Failure
Water

Skills

Forgery -with a small sample of writing, can perfectly imitate any. The Corthinidae had a long standing rivalry with the nearby planet of Orcris Prime, which eventually built up to the war that tore apart their nations just before the birth of Rigger. Though the Corvidae won the war, eliminating the residents of Orcris Prime, it came at a cost. Massive war debt incurred by the species killed the planet-wide economy. Hyperinflation put many out of work, and lead to hostile occupation by a species of aliens who was the Corvida's primary supporter during the war. It was during this occupation that Rigger had his first experience with corruption that sent him on his spiteful path. To see their once benefactors to go so quickly from wholehearted support to hostile occupation stuck deep in his mind. The occupation lasted until Rigger was five years of age, at which point a massive revolution overturned the occupiers, and allowed the Corvidae to establish a solid government, and take the first steps to reparations of the economy. At first Rigger saw this as a blessing, until the new government took hold of the country and showed their true colors. Within months, all who opposed their new regime were put to death, public executions to make an example. Rigger refused to stand for this, and took action. Gathering a small group of supporters, he marched on a political gathering, and ordered the leaders at gunpoint to assist him in his coup. Though a large following was accumulated for Riggers cause, they were eventually put down, and Rigger was thrown into jail for nine months. On his release, Rigger did not give up, nor back down. Rather, he began again with a new fire. He attempted to regain his old support, only to find the thousands that once stood with him were no longer willing. This was not something that Rigger would accept, so he again took action. News articles all throughout Corthinidae reported on the assassination of the leader of the CDP, Rigger's largest political rival of the time -a nationalist supporter who believed in segregation of Hal'aen from the rest of the planet. While this did not garner support for his cause (rather, caused a rallying of voters for an almost unknown political group, the CCP). Political discussion aside, this killed the last of Riggers faith in the organized political system. It was from here that Rigger took on his most shady activities. In order to make a real difference in the world, over the next two years Rigger took on a series of political and religious assassinations in Corthinidae and the neighboring planets. While he was surprisingly successful in the most base terms, he did not achieve that which he wanted. There was no fundamental change only corruption. Realizing that his planet was doomed, he left to spread his word to other corrupt planets. Over the years he was met with varying degrees of success. While he always managed to put away his target, be it with forgery or a bullet, revolution didn't always come. What did always come was the reputation. It seems he was never quite careful enough, because each time he completed a mission, his face would be plastered over the news. Some proclaimed him a hero, others wanted his head. Finally, one day he was brought down. He was given a choice -become a picker, or face life in prison for his list of executions. His choice was seemingly obvious.

Corvidae
 Lifespan
21 years
Home planet
Corthinidae- A small planet, almost the size of Pluto. The planet is known for its seas, lakes, and rains of highly basic liquids, as well as the almost flat nature of the planet -no mountains or caverns, and few hills.
Culture
Due to the physical nature of the Corvidae, all creatures are loathe to engage in hand to hand combat -the blood of the Corvidae is a highly basic substance that will dissolve flesh in a matter of minutes. As such, the Corvidae were pigeonholed into a life of dishonor. When one's enemy refuses to attack face to face, rather preferring orbital bombings, one must lose their sense of honor as well. The government of the Corvidae is a dishonest one, full of subterfuge and lies, as is nature with the Corvidae. The military of the Corvidae focuses primarily on stealth and range advantage, preferring to wipe others out before they have a chance to retaliate in brute force. In Corvidae culture, though emotion is felt, it is not dwelled on. Much of the Corvidae's life is ruled by practicality and logic, though there has been a sort of pseudo-Renaissance among the Corvidae leading to a large following of those who prefer focus on emotion. These are still in the minority, however, as the Corvidae are genetically inclined to the intellectual pursuits -the Corvidae are able to to process information with extreme efficiency. The Corvidae culture also relies on something quite unique to their race. The Corvidae are known throughout their system for what is almost a sixth sense that they possess. A sort of advanced empathy, the Corvidae are aware of emotional connections between others, as well as certain objects, should the connection be strong enough. This is a primary cause of the Corvidae's lack of emotional expression in traditional ways -they can always see the connection without outside cues.

Sorry for potato camera
