Name: Emia Elbert Age: 10 years old, but her body is estimated to be around 14 Gender: Female Race: Human Appearance:

Personality: She completely trusts a couple individuals such as her father and has been conditioned to believe that everyone she has been tasked with eliminating is a bad guy, the worst of the worst, even if she doesn't see any evidence to support this. She enjoys playing around with her foes and shows them no mercy, as she doesn't think such battle people deserve any. She's childlike and unaccustomed to her unnaturally aging body. As a result she often times knocks things over such as drinks if she's not paying attention or accidentally uses too much force on something then what is required. Abilities Physical Abilities-Although she would have been a normal girl, due to her father's meddling both before and after her birth, he was able to order her to become more powerful. The power infused in his words drove her body to increase her physical abilities unnaturally fast and also increased her aging so that she could become more powerfully as quickly as possible. She's currently able to physically outperform the best natural adult male in all fields, especially in agility. She can sprint 28 miles an hour for an extended length of time before tiring. Her durability is still that of a normal human girl, but she cannot feel pain from physical damage so that can make it seem like she's more durable then what she actually is. Her five senses are in top condition for what humans are naturally capable of. Scythe and Dagger training-She has enough practice with them to be really good given her age. Hand to hand combat-She has some practice, mostly using fast movements to try and get away or use their momentum against them. Magical Powers She inherited some of her father's power to create orders, although she has a far more limited range of what she can do. She can state certain rules or challenges, and anyone who both hears and understands what she said are now locked in a little "game". If she's the only one who hears the rule then the game is not activated. For the rules, whoever breaks the stated rule first allows the other player(s) to become magically infused with a certain bonus, of which there are three different categories that this bonus can fall under: power, speed, and defense. They all add 50% to the category it's found under for 1 minute. Challenges use the same benefits, but they don't both follow the same rule. She issues a challenge that the opponent must do something, and if they can they get the benefit. If they can't then she gets the benefit. This is different then the rules, which she cannot make a rule that doesn't apply to all players equally. She cannot end a rule or a challenge (unless, of course, she can get herself or someone else to break the rule). If she dies then any rules/challenges become void, including the active benefits. She can re-use a rule/challenge as many times as she desires. She can only have 1 active rule/challenge at once (normally) and 8 rules within a 30 minute time frame. Every time she breaks a rule or looses a challenge she suffers a single jolt of pain coursing through her body. It starts out only mildly annoying, but it gets worse with each break of a rule/loss of a challenge. After breaking 5 rules/loosing 5 challenges (or any mix of the two) within a 30 minute time frame then she dies. (More rules will be added whenever I get around to it) Power "Don't miss an attack!"- Rule. Whoever misses an attack first looses. The opponent blocking doesn't count as a miss. "Don't get knocked down!"- Rule. Whoever gets knocked to the ground fist looses. "Make me bleed with your next attack!"- Challenge. The other player must use their next attack to make her bleed. Speed "Don't move 10 feet from there!"- Rule. Wherever both players were standing at the start of this rule is the point where they can't travel more then 10 feet away from, but they can move freely within that 10 foot radius. "Avoid the shadows!"- Rule. Don't step on any shadows. Nobody can already be standing on a shadow when she activates the rule. "Don't step on a crack!"- Rule. Don't step on a crack or you'll break your mother's back...jk (you just cause your opponent to get the speed bonus like normal). Keep in mind that you can create cracks for your opponent to step on if the floor is frail enough...or even accidentally create cracks of your own. "Dodge this!"- Challenge. If the other person can dodge her next attack, they win. . Defense "Don't be hit!"- Rule. As long as someone hits the other player with something directly caused by them, such as punching them or throwing a rock at them, then this counts, even if it bounces off their armor. "Block this!"- Challenge. If the other person can block her next attack, they win. . Special "Rule/Challenge times two!"- She says this before saying what rule/challenge she starts. The benefits are worth double. However, she is in pain twice as much if she looses and it counts as two losses for her in that regard. She can only do this once in 10 minutes. "Multi rule/challenge!"- She says this and then can list off as many as three rules at once rather then be limited to only one active at a time. She can only do this once in 30 minutes. She can combine her rules/challenge times two with this. Equipment Armor: None Weapons: Scythe-Her primary close range weapon. Throwing Dagger-She has six of these. Poison Potion- She has a bubbly purple potion inside of a vial about the size of her finger. Ingesting it can cause death in 5 seconds, but you have to drink at least half of it for a full grown adult. She'd only be able to handle about a third. Drinking less then the lethal dose can leave you disoriented, nauseated, and vomiting. History Her father, Raphel Elbert, is a well known magician with limited morality. The birth of his daughter was simply an experiment to him to try and create a perfect warrior. Her conditioning started in the womb as Elbert cast spells on her to grow more powerful by using his voice powers. Emia grew almost 30% faster then a normal child in order to better fulfill the demands placed on her. He only loved her when she completed her assignments, which she now does without any second guessing. It goes without saying that she never had a normal childhood, being home taught rather then going out and interacting with other kids at school. Although she wasn't the perfect warrior as Raphel wanted, she was at least a decent one who he could use as his lackey to take out his opposition while he worked on another child in secret to replace her, a yet to be born baby brother.
