I tried looking up AltRightHero's nation and didn't find any info (he seems to just have a map claim at the moment) so i'll assume that I have creative freedom with culture at least on the northern island.

For that reason do I have permission to introduce a race?  I figure the northern island may have rainforests with limestone caverns and may be home to a subspecies of human that are nocturnal and arboreal in nature.
