[@DarthSeverus394]I actually said that I was heading to the city in my post.  Is that enough or do I need to actually be in the city?

edit:  I'll try to meet up with the others tomorrow.  Maybe I don't know the exact location of the power plant, but I can figure it out from where the most damage is now.
