[@Marrow] Someone else has actually PM'd me about being CO-GM so i wouldn't NEED you to step up. So if you'd like to play your Shinigami than have at it. 

On the notion of using Japanese I'm fine with it but ONLY for Zanpakuto Name and release Phrase. I'd prefer people stick to Captain over Taicho and the like. Stuff like Haori I'm ok with because that's a specific name for the object (but I'd be fine with people just calling it a....Captains cape? Cloak? Coat?) What I would require though is as has been previously mentioned, in your CS put the English version of both the release phrase and Name in brackets or something.
