1. Yes, you needs to post your cs for approval in the ooc.
2. Either or works well.
3. Lots of people for lots of connections, who knows if you'll be able to get them all [s]gotta meet em all, Pokémon![/s]
4. Idk about deadlines except for those involving time skips, but most of those can be retro posted after time skips anyway.
