As far as naturalism and Soul tech go. Soul tech drains the users soul and the energy around. While soul energy is considered a limitless resource only limited by the users stamina and endurance. Also with soul tech being considered nearly implants, it would be hard to use naturalist abilities with soul tech. Not impossible but difficult. Alchemy is allowed.  As far as second characters go, that will be determined later, but as of now no. Not until we have need of them and I want everyone to be familiar with the world as well. 

I can't wait to see all your concepts. Also I will be playing the ghost girl, who will compel y'all to move forward.
