Courier 6 from New Vegas

In the [i]Old World Blues[/i]  DLC, you can get a mechanic brain I think, but the Courier is also the player character, thus automatically giving them a super powered brain in comparison to everyone else. Rex is also a cyborg dog which counts as mechanical. If that's not enough for ya, there's also the K-900 Cyberdog gun.
