Medora arrives at the front of the academy. Lighting on the ground she takes a deep breath before appearing rather displeased. The air outside New Attilan was not as clean and it bothered her. Since her arrival was scheduled she was let in went to the office to get signed up right away. Her journey to the academy itself was somewhat interesting. Being that she looks much more alien than not she was called such on more than one occasion. One would think by now that humanity would not be so surprised by unique looking beings. But as she was told humanity was not the brightest of species, nor the most accepting. They also were apparently rather touchy with their greeting habits. There were things like handshakes and hugs. Not something she ever received much of from her parents. Her mother was absent, though that was likely the also the fault of her father. By the time Medora was registered it was time for individual classes. Rather than leaving her to her own when she had no idea what to do it was decided to pair her with one of the other students for the moment.
