My initial search to find some people to write with don't seem to have lead anywhere, so I'll start again differently! All the information you will need will be in spoiler tags, to keep this post short and tidy at first glance. I'm available through both this thread and PM, and am happy to write both PM and Thread-based stories. I don't bite, so don't feel shy to contact me for anything! :)
I've been roleplaying for long enough to understand and follow the roleplaying etiquette we all silently follow as roleplayers. What that means is that I won't Godmode, I won't power play, and I will certainly try my best to make characters that are as believable and interesting as possible (so no Mary Sues!). I'll also try to keep you updated when I'm feeling down, something comes up, or my muse is simply being difficult. I'll give you the simple courtesy of telling you when I don't feel that something would work, that we would not mesh well, or that I want to stop our partnership. Finally, I'll keep the brainstorming and the idea swapping element of OOC chatting going for as long as you also give input. I won't pull all the weight, but I will definitely pull my share of the plot and world/character building. I'm the chatty sort, and I enjoy having discussions about the story and its various elements with my partners. As such, I would not be the best fit for those that dislike constant feedback and ideas from their partners... I just like chatting and planning on the fly too much to stay silent. I also love to write and explore the story as a whole, so my posts tend to be at least four paragraphs in length. I like to build up a variety of characters as I go, and some may just up and leave or even die as the plot demands so be warned for that too! I write in third person, past tense and I usually try to proofread my posts first with a spellcheck then by reading it over for editing before posting. I unfortunately don't tend to do the same on my OOC posts, so be wary of funky sentence structures and typos! I'm a young unemployed woman living in the EST timezone. I'm most active in the afternoon and evenings, and I'm usually around a lot both for IC and OOC purposes. I suffer from depression, and have severe issues with interaction with the outside world due to a long time spent isolated from the world. If I don't get the latest news or if a basic trend get me baffled, you'll now know why.

I'm mainly looking for someone who is friendly, creative, a bit silly at times and who is understanding and patient. I'll try to be all these things as well in turn, but these will help us get along as quickly as possible. Besides that, I would appreciate high-school graduate level writing skills, from spelling and grammar to sentence structure and story telling. You don't have to be perfect, but I do enjoy not being pulled out of the story every two seconds by glaring mistakes or poor narratives. <- that sounded WAY harsher than it really is, just give it your bet shot and we'll be fine, okay? :) I'd like a partner who can mirror and challenge my own writing of course, but as long as we're having fun and learning to write better together all is cool... I just like multi-paragraph, descriptive and plot advancing post is all, don't judge me! Oh, and willingness to play both genders and multiple more or less important characters to the plot is definitely a plus! As far as posting expectations go, I don't mind waiting a week or more as long as we keep in contact and the story advance in at least SOME way each month, so don't sweat it.

Right now, I'm feeling adventurous and want to have dynamic stories full of action and plot twists. I'm perfectly good with romance, and enjoy it very much as long as it don't push the whole plot to the wayside. Let's make the romance part of the plot, not the other way around, shall we? That also means we will not create character just to hook them up. If this happens, it will happen organically and in line with the current events in the story. Arranged or Convenience pairings are cool with me if the plot involves it, just don't expect true love or obligated romance. I'd like to practice character and lore building without the halting of events for introspection, and as such I'll be looking not only for action but also movement of events, in that each action will bring the plot forward and that development will be mixed with ongoing action and events. It'll be tough, but I thing the story will be better for it. That said, I intend to practice introducing and developing a great variety of character in each rp, so each story will also be an experiment for me to see how well I can juggle plot lines and character interactions. As far as settings goes, I'm open to Fantasy, Modern and Science Fiction, with some Alternate History also thrown in if we get creative with our interpretation of the period. I like both light and dark stories, and I enjoy bromance a whole lot!

The thing is, I can only use OCs and borrow elements of the settings for fandoms, as I'm way too rusty my reading, playing and watching to remember everything clearly enough to do any fandom justice.

I'm open to any type of pairings and Mature situations as long as they make sense in the current state of each story, but I'd rather we leave the gore, the smut and the swearing implied and described rather than played out.
