Upon release heavy rain clouds gather and in seconds the area is engulfed in a heavy downpour. Reiji is granted manipulation of falling rain with the reach of his blade. Not only does this power enhance his swordsmanship but the heavy rain becomes a disadvantage to Reiji's enemies, making it harder to see as well as hindering other senses.
