Same here.

I tried to get the bug to occur consistently, by reloading the subscription page (where it first occurred) and then switching tabs, whilst my tab count was over 5, and it worked several times in a row. Though, it doesn't seem to be occurring anymore...

At least, not with the method I attempted. (Note: I used the method as that's what happened when the bug triggered accidentally.)
