It then watches as it's prey destroys themselves, and then comes to collect it's end of the bargan, taking possession of the body and soul of the contract holder, carrying them away into an unknown universe, though what exactly it does with its quarry is unknown. Dislikes: The Bird has not been observed showing signs of displeasure, though this may just be due to the nature of observation. History(optional): The Local Turkic peoples native to Omsk have made reference to a deity that they called Qanattı Ölim, an entity associated with death, said to feed off of the fear and suffering of those who it locks into deals that grant power unto those who make them, only to be destroyed by their own gifts, and then consumed by the Qanattı Ölim. Muslim missionaries living among the Turks and later Russian Orthodox missionaries working at the newly founded Fort Omsk make reference to the power of the cult of "Winged Doom" as they translated the phrase, and worked as hard as they could to kill the belief in the demonic creature. And while the power and fear that the people had for the demon came to an decline and eventually faded from their consciousness, strange reports started to appear in the city of Omsk around the year 2009. The reports mostly came from those on the lower fringes of Omsk, particularly among drug users, and others associated with the lower rung of society. They reported being approached by a figure dressed up in red clothing, their faced obscured by a hood, however a noticeable avian look, with cardnal like fringes to the hood, and a long visible beak coming out from beneath the hood. When approached and asked of their identity, the figure would reply in the same manner It does not matter who I am. What matters is, who will you become? Those who were brave enough to inqure more report that when they continued to speak with the hooded figure, it offered them solutions to particular problems, ones that is seemed impossible for it to know, and made promises of a better life. All who were interviewed declined these offers, and not a single subject has been found who has agreed to the being's offers. Reports of the creature began appearing on paranormal sites on the internet, where the creature gained the nickname of Птица Омска, the Bird of Omsk in Russian. Posters on the Internet later drew the connection between the Omsk Bird and the ancient Winged Doom of Turkic legend. So far, there is no proof of the existence of the creature, and all recorded encounters have been brief. Other: The bird feeds off of suffering and fear, and will be drawn to those who are sad, downtrodden, or filled with grief or despair. It works to bring out the destructive urges and basal desires in its victims to lead them to their own destruction. Alignment: Hard to say, the bird operates in a sort of Blue-Orange Morality, however if observed, most humans would see it as either True Neutral, or more likely, Neutral Evil.
