Sorry, I haven't really given much thought on the actual date of the Rp. But, to answer your question, it Can go either way. KorRa Was 18 at the time of HC, and She died at the age of 38,exactly 20 years later. So an airbender to be born with it will have to be 19 years or younger. You could get technical and say you got it through HC at a very young age (like 3 or something), this Allows your character to be 20 something While still be chronologically sound.
