Appearance: Jackson wears a simple, button-up black and white plaid shirt underneath a canvas jacket that he leaves open. He wears jeans, and less ordinarily, he wears a white shemagh around his head or neck, depending on what other head gear he may be wearing. He has dark brown hair that extends in length to below his shoulder blades, but wears it up so that it doesn't show from beneath the scarf.

Personality: Jackson, like many other superhumans, has two identities. His civilian self is laid back, easy going and hard to motivate toward an extreme of any of the emotions. His costumed self, is deliberately the opposite. Where he is laid back, 'Blink' is straight-backed, proper. He endeavors to command respect, or fear, from his peers while out in costume, acting with confidence even if he has none.

Universe: Worm universe, a universe in where superhumans are real. An OC from a 'fic i'm thinking of writing in that universe.

Abilities: Short range matter displacement teleportation. (wowaintthatamouthful) He has the ability to teleport up to a few car lengths, sending any matter where he arrives to the location he left. He tends to only use this to displace gases, as anything much more dense causes exponentially more grievous pain. He can extend his power through touch.

Items/Equipment: An M1911 pistol in an underarm holster, and three magazines. Two loaded with lethal ammunition, the other loaded with rubber bullets. A number of throwing knives are stored under the other arm, and a larger knife stored just above his belt on his back. He wears all his weapons carefully to keep them concealed.

History:He had his trigger event while he was a kid, but hid his abilities. He moved around the country with a family for a while until coming to rest at his current place of residence. Knowing that he'd probably grow old enough to leave and get his own place before the family moved again, he started putting plans into motion to create his own group of superhumans.
