[i]In 2020 this bar was built in Neo-Bay by welsh immigrant brothers, Trevor and Ivor Williamson. The bar is know to many as a 'burnout' bar, where many hard boiled private detectives frequent to drink away the sorrows of their ex wives leaving them and the bartenders are clued in on almost everything. Guns and fake travel documents are regularly smuggled through here and a lot of low level criminal networks conspire here too. Mack Yancy has been coming here every other night for the last 4 years, and has almost lost the will to live... until.....[/i]
