[@LokiLeo789] The defibrillator is in no way protocol for a seizure, you are correct. However I was informed from Ace that the seizure had provoked a heart attack. 

And yes you're right, it was a tad overpowered that Charlotte just knew, I apologize for the confusion that caused. The ignoring Ravi part I can simply explain with tunnel vision. Personal experience in the medical field has proven that people are prone  to focusing in on the patient and blocking everything else out.
