Your character is not following the story line that the role play was created from.
Luna can not have a bow and arrow. 
Luna must be the bow and arrows OR
Luna must wait for ANOTHER role player to be a set of arrows and the bow for Luna to use them. 
This is not just a weapon and hunt role play. 
This is a role play based on an anime *tv show* and manga *book*
