"Alrighty, I'm going to go to the training room for a little while if anyone cares to join then I'll go talk to our superiors about the 'training exercise'," Rose told them before heading off to the training room that had all the weights and targets and practice weapons. She went into the locker room first and changed into her training gear before heading into the main room and started working out, punching and kicking at a punching bag like she did everyday to start her workout.
