Those are some pretty serious crimes- how did he end up getting sent to a group home rather than something more intensive? Second question- insomnia of any notable illness is somewhat confusing- do you mean multiple diagnoses with Isomnia being the primary related symptom? If so what? An argument could be made here for some type of dissociative disorder as being the primary diagnosis. Aside from those two big questions- I hope you come and join us with the GM's say so- Axel seems like a fun character to interact with!
