I like that route; could the Empire have tried to settle in my nation during its height and abandoned it after the fall, leaving a kind of [i]Romano-British[/i]-equivalent culture in my territory? The war with Zhodul, coupled with the dragon incident and the infighting may have contributed to it pulling out of #6.
