Yes that is one of the things enchantment type magics can do. They're are general enchantment magica but common enchantments are associated with clerics (holy buffs and healings) and dark arts (cursing enchantments. Basicly enchantments with negative effects.) like orli you're char can specialize in the concept of enchantments instead of a magic form.
