Leila It had been roughly 45 minutes since her arrival at the diner, yet Leila had been lucky enough to avoid any MPs up to this point. She was well aware of the fact that her luck would eventually run out though, and with that thought in mind, she paid for her drink before sliding out of the booth. She was out of the door in a matter of seconds, not even bothering to wave her goodbyes to the waitress passing by. The exit was adjacent to her booth, something Leila always planned in advance in order to make for a quicker escape if the situation just happened to turn sour. Once outside, Leila relaxed a little as she enjoyed the subtle gust of wind that welcomed her out into the street. It had been a relatively quiet day, at least on her side of the neighborhood, so Leila let down her hair and turned on her playlist to drown out the everyday city noises. Without giving much thought to who-or what-might intercept her, she let her thoughts drift to the upcoming dinner plans she had with a guy she had just met not too long ago.
