What is "evil" as defined by the power? Weak? How much heals? Drops? What does this mean?

10-30% night vision? 10-30% alpha? Your amendment is not as helpful.

Also, where is kaze? Why are you always explaining and contesting for them? I'm much more in inclined to talk to kaze about the cs and what they think of my suggestions.
