[@KatherinWinter] It's not a guild rule but an old courtesy,  kind of a general way to be polite. Roxy can get involved any time, have her talk instead of shrinking away and mumbling to herself or feeling superior. Eryx can call her out if it'll get a conversation going. He's most curious as to how she works as her power makes little to no sense to him.
