[@vFear] You can have a charrie come from a minor house, but you'd have to create and customize a house yourself. 

[@Hippocamp] Just remembered, your charrie can't be related to the king.  That ties in with the plot.

[@RomanAria] You can make more than one charrie. 

[@darkwolf687] Sadly you can't make heirs to that House bUT you can make heirs to minor ones if you create and customized the house
