"I was off to...feed the rats! Yeah, that's correct!" He said after a squeal, turning around to see his horrible, stalker villain approaching. He eyed her weapons as he gave his pitiful explanation. He knew self defense and was a decent enough karate practitioner, probably beating her out in terms of talent, but this would be tricky relying on his skill alone. At least he had his rats to aid him while Regina had no cat allies to be seen! "Rats...sick 'em!" Charles shouted, pointing dramatically at her rapidly advancing form. In response to the commotion, most of the rats were already scurrying about and vanishing out of sight in various holes and other hiding places. "Huh?!?!?!" He screeched, realizing he had to fight her alone. His rat allies have failed him? But he was their best buddy and vice versa! He grasped onto a discarded wooden crate off to his left and flung it towards her before attempting to rush towards the end of the hallway where he could crawl to freedom. He wasn't precise in this throw, as it was only meant to buy him some time, but it was heavy enough to possibly do some serious damage if it hit just right.
