Matthew is a fairly friendly person. He talks to people when he feels like it, even when it's not appropriate. He enjoys cracking jokes to gain the liking of those he talks to. When he feels a better connection with someone, the "funnier" his jokes are. 

Matthew also has a more negative trait. He excels at sneaking around undetected. This works in his favor and ties in well with his secret. Matthew doesn't necessarily hate this trait and accepts it, but what he does makes him feel guilty sometimes.

Born July 13, 1995, Matthew was a little bundle of joy. He was practically laughing when he came out the womb. He grew up happy, always smiling with his parents and laughing at everything they tried to make him laugh with. At age 4, he began to develop his version of jokes; making sentences that make zero sense. Matthew had a rather good childhood up until he turned 16. Matt came home to learn his mother had been diagnosed with cancer. This hurt the boy, putting him in a deep depression upon learning it was only a matter of months before she'd die. His father helped him through the death, but Matthew's psyche was already change. Matthew began hanging out with the wrong crowd, engaging in criminal acts to gain recognition. After finishing high school, barely passing with a 2.15 GPA, Matthew joined a group of hoodlums and earned money through them. He was then shot from a bad encounter, forcing him to leave the area to avoid conflict. He then moved to Millington to attempt to stay out of the way of his enemies.[/hider]
