Captain Dene had stayed silent as each of the bounty hunters entered the conference room. To him they were just scum, their morality depended on how many credits they got paid. If the enemy offered them more than he knew many of them would switch sides. He still didn't understand the Admiral's reasoning, Stormtroopers were more elite than many bounty hunters. But Dene was eager to hear the exact reason for the summoning of the hunters. The wookie was just the start of it, he despised the beasts. They were unpredictable and more animal than man. The armed one that entered the room first had drawn his attention immediately, if it was his ship then he would have had that wookie put in chains and sent into the mines. The presence of the two rodians didn't surprise him, many had their hands in the dirty fields within the galaxy. At least they were a somewhat predictable race. The humans were a better sight to see. One of them was a woman, he had actually spoken a greeting to her. Another of them was a cocky looking man, he was leaned back in his chair. The strange masked alien that wandered in after the woman confused the Captain, he didn't know that one's race. It knew the first Rodian and was apparently friendly with him. Then a second rodian entered, a different shade of color than the first. He wondered if the two knew each other. Then the most peculiar...thing wandered in. A full fledged combat droid wrapped in a Jedi robe. That was more strange of a sight than the wookie. It was not an IG series droid, he'd seen those before. This type that just entered the room was something unknown to him. The machine creeped him out, the eyes sent a shiver throughout his body. After that came the last expected bounty hunter, a heavily armored man who quietly took a seat, not removing his helmet. The armor reminded the Captain of a Stormtrooper's, but it was different. "Greetings to all of you, welcome to the Avenger. I'm sure you are all wondering why exactly you have been called here, that question will be answered shortly." Captain Dene stated as he took a step forward and glanced over each of the assembled bounty hunters. As he was about to speak again the door came open once more and the imposing figure of Admiral Vondell appeared in the doorway, this drew all the eyes in the room, including the Captain who flashed a salute as Vondell walked around one side of the table. "So these are the fierce bounty hunters that answered our call," The Admiral said in his deep, rough tone as he stood at the head of the table, Dene to his side. Vondell paused for a moment as he looked over the bounty hunters. "I am Admiral Vondell and this is my ship . You are here for reasons which suit your kind better than every others." "Five wanted individuals, all with high prices on each of their heads. Luckily for you all, our intelligence indicates they are all located on one world. Corellia." He pressed a button on the table and above the center of it a hologram of the world appeared. "It is a breathable, highly populated world, its population numbering in the hundreds of millions. Many of them live in the capitol, Coronet City," Vondell said, then pressed another button to display a picture of part of the city. "It is likely some of the targets will be in the city, but not all. Others may be hidden in the mountains and forests outside the capitol, or bunkered into one of the smaller towns." "The Imperial rule is law throughout the world, though we've noticed that some have tried to resist the rule. More and more civilians have been thrown into prisons after violent protests and even riots," Vondell continued, as he folded his hands behind his back. "There are five targets on the world. Each of them are likely to have friends on the world, scum willing to shelter and protect them, follow their idiotic ways. We don't care what happens to their followers, but the five targets must be captured alive. Simply bring them to one of the Imperial offices within the capitol, your payment will be given and the bounties will be relieved from you." "The first two targets are both human males, Jallo Ram amd Vinis Rikil. Ran has been detained previously for rioting but escaped custody. Rikil is wanted for several outstanding crimes including assaulting Imperial personal," The Admiral stated, then pressed more buttons as the holograms changed. First to a mugshot of Jallo Ram and then to an artists depiction of Rikil. He pressed another button and the hologram returned to that of Corellia. "The others we do not have images of. First there is a middle aged human woman, Myla Delles, a wealthy philanthropist who is believed to be funding 'anti-Imperial activities' on the world. She has activly spoken out against the Empire, and we've lost track of her recent whereabouts." "Then there are two non-humans, first a Twi'lek girl, Ekil'begam. Her skin is a blue shade, scars are present on her right lek. Then there is Kri Siv, a Sullustan male. He is missing his right leg and has replaced it with a metal prosthetic. Both have criminal sentences against them for organizing dissent against the Empire." Vondell said, then the hologram changed to display each of the bounties names, their prices underneath the names. Both human males were wanted for 20k credits each, Delles for 15k and both the non-humans for 10k each. "Are there any questions? If not then you are all free to leave." Vondell finally said as he crossed his arms. Dene still to his side.
