Juvia and Gajeel are former S-Class wizards from Phantom Lord....So it's kinda hard why they are as powerful as they are.
Then I was naming the 13 year olds in Fairy Tail. I missed pink haired god slayer from Lamia Scale, but always forget her name XD
Oh and farmer girl from Mermaid Heel would be somewhere in that ball park but she's probably a C at best.
