He did say he was sorry for delaying me, but then didn't meet the deadline he set for himself and thusly continued to do what he's sorry for; I'm merely informing him of it in his own words.  I don't bear him any extraordinary ill will for it, it's a common occurrence that even I am guilty of.  I'm merely trying to ascertain what I should be doing.  And I didn't ask you.  If Oblivion takes issue with my verbosity, I'll apologize to him for it.
